1 package frozen baby peas

2 small shallots peeled and roughly chopped
olive oil
lemon juice

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil
  2. Put the shallots in
  3. Then the peas just till they’re bright green
  4. Shock in cold water
  5. Throw peas and shallots in a food processor
  6. Blend with some olive oil. Maybe a quarter cup?
  7. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
