1 package frozen baby peas
2 small shallots peeled and roughly chopped
- Bring a pot of water to the boil
- Put the shallots in
- Then the peas just till they’re bright green
- Shock in cold water
- Throw peas and shallots in a food processor
- Blend with some olive oil. Maybe a quarter cup?
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
