This is to confirm that you will be ushering for the El Ballet Folklorico Mexicano performances on March 27 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the Calvin Simmons Theater in Oakland, California.
Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. for training. We will need you to work through the first show and help us load the second group of schools into the theater for the second show. Work will be from 9:30 a.m. until approximately 1:00 p.m. Please wear black and bring a flashlight.
It's for all Spring birthday babies and a housewarming for Rachel, Comet, and I.
What: It's a potluck lunch, so bring your favorite dish or drink.
