Companion to Hip-O Records' Hip Hop box

I made this mix of (mostly) ex-boyfriend songs a couple weeks ago for a Sunday drive up to the apple orchards in Sonoma. We arrived too late to pick apples but still had a nice drive and it made for a pretty good soundtrack on the winding, empty one-lanes with speckles of sun peeking through the browning leaves.

I've been listening to it a lot the past week; I don't know about you, but I'm still feeling incredibly betrayed and am one angry woman, so I've been grasping at anything that might calm me down. It helps a bit.
